• EXW (Ex Works – İşyerinde Teslim)

  • The seller prepares the goods at their place of business or at a designated place.

Satıcı, malları kendi iş yerinde veya belirlenen yerde hazırlar.

• • All transportation, insurance and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tüm taşıma, sigorta ve gümrükleme masrafları alıcıya aittir.

• FCA (Free Carrier – Taşıyıcıya Teslim)

  • The seller delivers the goods to the carrier at the designated place.

Satıcı, malları belirlenen yerde taşıyıcıya teslim eder.

• • Export customs procedures are the responsibility of the seller, import customs procedures are the responsibility of the buyer.

İhracat gümrük işlemleri satıcıya, ithalat gümrük işlemleri alıcıya aittir.

• CPT (Carriage Paid To – Taşıma Ödenmiş Olarak Teslim)

  • The seller pays the transportation fee and is responsible for the transportation to the designated destination.

Satıcı, taşıma ücretini öder ve belirlenen varış noktasına kadar sorumludur.

• • However, the risk passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the carrier.

Ancak risk, mallar taşıyıcıya teslim edildiğinde alıcıya geçer.

• CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To – Taşıma ve Sigorta Ödenmiş Olarak Teslim)

  • Same as CPT, but seller must also have transport insurance.

CPT ile aynıdır ancak satıcı, taşıma sigortasını da yaptırmak zorundadır.

• • Insurance must be at least 110% of the value of the goods.

Sigorta en az %110 değerinde yapılmalıdır.

• DAP (Delivered at Place – Belirlenen Yerde Teslim)

  • The seller delivers the goods to the designated address.

Satıcı, malları belirlenen adrese teslim eder.

• • Unloading and import customs clearance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Boşaltma işlemi ve ithalat gümrükleme alıcıya aittir.

• DPU (Delivered at Place Unloaded – Boşaltılmış Olarak Teslim)

  • The seller delivers the goods unloaded at the place of destination. 

Satıcı, malları varış noktasında boşaltılmış şekilde teslim eder.

• • The buyer bears the import duties and other costs. 

Alıcı, ithalat vergileri ve diğer masrafları karşılar.

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid – Gümrük Vergileri Ödenmiş Olarak Teslim)

  • The seller bears all costs, including import duties. 

Satıcı, ithalat vergileri dahil tüm masrafları karşılar.

• • The buyer only receives the goods. 

Alıcı sadece malları teslim alır.

• FAS (Free Alongside Ship – Geminin Yanında Teslim)

  • The seller brings the goods alongside the ship. 

Satıcı, malları geminin yanına kadar getirir.

• • The buyer assumes the loading and all transportation costs.

Alıcı, yükleme ve tüm taşıma masraflarını üstlenir.

• FOB (Free on Board – Gemide Teslim)

  • The seller is responsible until the goods are loaded onto the ship.

Satıcı, malları gemiye yükleyene kadar sorumludur.

• • The risk transfers to the buyer once the loading is completed.

Risk, yükleme tamamlandığında alıcıya geçer.

• CFR (Cost and Freight – Mal Bedeli ve Navlun Ödenmiş Olarak Teslim)

  • The seller pays the ship freight, but the risk passes to the buyer when the goods are loaded on the ship.

Satıcı, gemi navlununu öder ancak risk gemiye yüklendiğinde alıcıya geçer.

• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight – Mal Bedeli, Sigorta ve Navlun Ödenmiş Olarak Teslim)

  • In addition to the CFR, the seller must obtain insurance to a minimum extent.

CFR’ye ek olarak satıcı, minimum kapsamda sigorta yaptırmak zorundadır.
